Vivid and monumental, Maya Vision is a hand-carved ceremonial mask inspired by the legacy of K’inich Janaab’ Pakal, the legendary ruler of Palenque. Far more than a mask, this is a sculpted tapestry of Maya cosmology — layered with symbolism, narrative, and sacred design. At its center is a turquoise-painted face, framed by a towering headdress carved in high relief. The headdress depicts jaguars, serpents, birds, and human figures — all surrounding a central scene that resembles a Maya codex or stela, rich with spiritual and historical references.
